Participated in Construction Machinery products for a long time, key research fields include structural mechanism design, power station design and construction technology etc, obtaining a good economic gain after transforming a number of research achievements into practice, resulting in a significant impact on society.

Obtained 20 patents such as large mobile shelter slope roof rail installation method to install wind turbines operating platform

Written a thesis called "caterpillar crane CAD System method Software"; published a All-terrain crane pneumatic suspension dynamic optimization design based on ADAMSA, large crawler crane slewing hydraulic system simulation and other 25 papers. Has published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign journals.

Achievement:

Long engaged in researching and developing of construction machinery products, main research areas are basic theory and technology of construction machine key applications, CAD and intelligent optimization of complex structures, anddamage identification and evaluation of complex structures.

Proposed the non-linear calculation methods of luffing system; researched on complete machine’s dynamic characteristic and back-tipping stability theory, proposed the simplified calculation method of back-tipping stability; proposed the upper crane body layout and optimization methods, optimization of structural strand point position based on genetic algorithm.

Researched and analyzed on hydraulic system characteristics, conducted system dynamic simulations and optimized design of main hydraulic components; analyzed and compared the difference between traditional permissible stress method and limiting condition method based on probability statistics applied in structural stress calculation, synthesizing the calculation methods home and abroad, a limit condition method based on subentry load coefficient as proposed.

Established more than 20 items of intelligent construction machinery standard, which establishes the foundations of Chinese intelligent construction machine, contributes in standardization of road construction machinery products, guides the development of Chinese intelligent construction machine, accelerates the internationalization pace of Chinese construction machine, and has great significance in developing our national industry.
