HELIDECK INTRODUCTION

Our patented helicopter deck is accepted worldwide for safe and reliable take-off and landing on offshore and onshore vessels and structures. The lightweight aluminium pancake consists of an extruded deck plank and girder beam. This combined with an aluminium under support structure reduces the total weight to half that of steel, ideal for quick offshore assembly. In addition serrations ensure high friction co-efficiency on the landing deck which can be either painted green or left neutral. No welding is required during site installation as the helideck is entirely bolted together. All plates and extruded profiles are marine grade 6xxx or 5xxx serials. The fasteners for aluminium connections are SS316 grade A40-70 or 80.
 

AFTER SALES SERVICE

At SAGTA we value our relationships with customers and seek to provide a fully comprehensive after sales service. We believe a quality product deserves a quality service.

SAGTA helidecks are produced as a prefabricated kit in our factory to ensure a standardized quality. SAGTA arrange worldwide delivery of components to be assembles on site in the client’s shipyard all under the supervision of our experienced engineers to ensure safe and correct installation. All our helidecks come with an after sale warranty and our service engineers are ready to be on site at the customer’s discretion. We can also provide product training for inspection and maintenance and work closely with customers on modifications depending on their required specifications.
