3D lifting simulation

 

 

 


PreLifting aims to help engineers laying a lifting scheme. 

It can simulate the lifting scene and the lifting process using the 3D (three dimensional) technology. 

It can analyze the force and the interference of the lifting process, and it can     eliminate the infeasible lifting scheme in advance. 

It can find the best lifting scheme through simulation and comparison. 

The accuracy, safety and feasibility of the lifting scheme have been improved. 

The personal workload of forming the lifting scheme has been reduced and the efficiency has been improved. 

For security, the lifting risk to be avoided, and the lifting process to be optimized.              

For technology,the lifting process to be previewed, and the technical competence to be shown. 

For economy, the work efficiency to be improved, and the lifting cost to be saved. The interface of PreLifting is shown in figure 1.

 
PreLiting is composed of former processing module, simulation module, CAD output module, check module, custom extension module five modules. 
 
There are some functions in former processing module, such as data entry and selection validation. 
 
There are many functions in simulation module, such as comprises single crane lifting simulation, double crane lifting simulation, collision detection and distance calculation. 
 
There are some functions in CAD output module, such as front view output, planar graph output. 
 
There are some functions in check module, such as analytical calculation of balance beam, analytical calculation and finite element analysis of lifting lug and lifting cover. 
 
There are some functions in custom extension module, such as customization plan output according to the enterprise’s template.
