Locar pipe complete the Sea Trail and complete the first pipe line laying.

The equipments Sagta supplied work perfect and ensure the successful of job.

Stinger, generators, main switchboard, EVAC sewage treatment system, 8 points mooring system…  Sagta supplied most of the key equipments.

Stinger: Due to very tight delivery time request, Sagta take the challenge to complete the project just within 5months. By using Offpipe and ANSYS , we design the stinger with light weight but stronger. A frame is designing with Optimization. The special locking system is more reliable. The anti-rusty solution make the stinger a longer life in the sea operation.

8 points mooring system:  4 sets 80ton double drums mooring winches equipped with the world famous brand components.  Strong and reliable.  ABS class qualified.

Generator sets:  5 medium speed 900KW diesel engine generator sets with low consumption of diesel.  Manufactured by the famous Chinese generator factory, the bench test is 100% ABS qualified at once.  Sagta assist Locar to choose the right factory and supervise the production .  The logistic and commissioning organized by Sagta is completed well.

EVAC sewage treatment system:  In order to protect the ocean environment and water saving , Locar choose the EVAC system.  2 sets of 100people sewage treatments delivered.  Engineering and commissioning by Sagta.

Electric panel:   Main switchboard, Emergency Electric Board,  Electric Test Panel, Wheelhouse Control Console, Engine Room Control Console, Distribution Boxes, etc.  Sagta delivered the complete electric panels package. Designing in the world class standard.   Manufactured in a high quality level.  ABS qualified.  Key components from Schneider

Accommodation module:  The most challenge job for Locar Pipe. Sagta engineered the five floor modules with 150 rooms.   Sourcing the panel, furniture, floor,  Window, insulation material.
